Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Prep to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in preparing and presenting our salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to our recipes in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to our recipes in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets our high standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, including the storage area, to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
  • Complete any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
