Key Responsibilities- Manage the prep station, ensuring all food products are prepared correctly and cooked consistently.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Control and limit waste, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate effectively with the Chef, Sous Chef, and General Manager to address any issues or concerns.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook or sauté cook, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day.
