A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience while optimizing our operational efficiency. Your excellent organizational abilities will help you maintain accurate and organized files. You will be responsible for collecting, sorting, and distributing documents and messages promptly.

Your friendly demeanor will shine through as you interact with patients, answer phone calls, welcome visitors, and address inquiries. You will also follow up on missed appointments and manage payment collections, utilizing your customer service expertise to create a welcoming atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of office experience
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute

While 2 years of office experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Are you detail-oriented? Do you possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you adaptable and willing to assist where necessary? If so, we would love to consider your application.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR WORK SCHEDULE

The office operates Monday through Friday, with shifts rotating between locations. Individual schedules may vary.
