Requirements:

  • Wine Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairing.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized and attentive service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Appearance and Attitude: Professional and polished appearance, with a focus on attention to detail, and a positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Math Skills and POS System: Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
  • Organization and Multitasking: Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift trays or plates when necessary, and work in a fast-paced environment.
