Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas.
  • Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures to ensure accurate and efficient room assignments.
  • Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior housekeeping and customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to walk frequently and sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
