SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Foreign Disclosure Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in preparing and processing foreign disclosure requests, ensuring compliance with U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Foreign Disclosure Requests: Prepare and process foreign disclosure requests, proposing recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance.
- Source Review: Review various products for accurate security classification and potential release, ensuring all sources have been identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied.
- Classification Authority: Verify that the classification authority block in the first-page footer is complete and correct.
- Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests: Prepare responses to FOIA requests.
- Disclosure Policy: Demonstrate ability to explain and apply information from National Disclosure Policy-1 and/or IC guidance/directives, to include the latest Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO) classification guidance.
- TS//SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance: Required.
- Minimum 12 Years of Experience: Related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Master's Degree: In administration, management, English, or related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree in same academic fields from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
