Job Title: International Trade Compliance Associate

Job Summary:

Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking a skilled mid-level associate to join their International Trade Compliance (ITC) practice. As part of our collaborative team, you will play a crucial role in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), sanctions regulations governed by the Foreign Assets Control, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS).

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and draft voluntary disclosures
  • Develop and implement robust compliance policies
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably focusing on ITAR, EAR, sanctions regulations, and CFIUS
  • Experience in conducting investigations and drafting voluntary disclosures
  • Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies
  • Prior experience in an in-house or government role is advantageous
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
  • Strong client interaction and communication abilities
