The Windfall is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to join their team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment, providing executive assistance and supporting the firm's corporate culture.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist external guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain the office space, and manage conference rooms.
- Track and order office supplies, manage mail and couriers, and handle office-wide meals and pantry needs.
- Ensure TVs and video conferencing equipment are functioning properly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception/lobby area and pantry area.
- Monitor dishwasher and coffee machines, manage local vendors, and assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Organize events for the SF office, provide administrative assistance, and help with travel bookings and expense reporting.
- Relevant work experience with similar responsibilities is a plus.
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Dropbox, Slack, Salesforce, and Zoom are a plus.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, adjust to sudden change, and work across time zones.
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a proactive and competent nature are essential.
