The Windfall is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to join their team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment, providing executive assistance and supporting the firm's corporate culture.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist external guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain the office space, and manage conference rooms.
  • Track and order office supplies, manage mail and couriers, and handle office-wide meals and pantry needs.
  • Ensure TVs and video conferencing equipment are functioning properly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception/lobby area and pantry area.
  • Monitor dishwasher and coffee machines, manage local vendors, and assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
  • Organize events for the SF office, provide administrative assistance, and help with travel bookings and expense reporting.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience with similar responsibilities is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Dropbox, Slack, Salesforce, and Zoom are a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, adjust to sudden change, and work across time zones.
  • Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a proactive and competent nature are essential.
