About the Opportunity

Race Telecommunications LLC is a leading provider of telecommunications services, and we are looking for a skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department and facilitate employee interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR projects, coordinate training sessions, and handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR matters.
  • Support employee performance and termination processes, including organizing periodical employee performance reviews and processing terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrollment processes, and follow up with newly hired employees on enrolling or declining benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a talented team. Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
