Key Responsibilities:


Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at establishing new medical groups, hospitals, and accountable care organizations in regions where DaVita has limited or no presence.

Build and nurture relationships with medium to large medical groups that are not closely affiliated with DaVita, facilitating their expansion into new territories.

Engage actively in multi-year planning sessions with Operations Teams in designated geographic areas.

Seek and secure strategic partnerships with significant physician practices, hospitals, and accountable care organizations, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and other collaborative arrangements.

Accountable for achieving growth targets while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Corporate Development Team.
Conduct marketing and analyze statistical reports to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare high-level presentations for executive leadership.
Lead strategic discussions with divisional leadership teams regarding new business initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to Divisional Vice Presidents and their regional teams in evaluating growth prospects.
Maintain awareness of competitive dynamics; proactively assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; analyze and implement effective strategies.
Foster and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers in alignment with DaVita's ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with Group General Counsel and designated Group leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience is required.
Experience in healthcare operations is strongly preferred; experience in dialysis or similar services is advantageous.
Proven track record in fiscal and operational management; demonstrated financial acumen.
Experience in strategic and operational planning and management.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required; intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are necessary.

Strong project management capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior leadership.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships across diverse teams.
Capacity to optimize resources to achieve key performance metrics.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, healthcare providers, and team members to foster a results-oriented, team-centric environment.
Demonstrated ability to function as a key member of a highly motivated and integrated management team.

Salary Range:
$175,000.00-$285,000.00 / year. Compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside the stated range.
