Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Puttshack. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the venue leadership team. You will oversee and maintain all tasks related to back-office procedures and administrative systems, manage weekly payroll tasks, and serve as a resource for associates with questions related to policy, payroll, benefits, time keeping, and other general HR questions or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the venue leadership team.
- Oversee and maintain all tasks related to back-office procedures and administrative systems.
- Manage weekly payroll tasks, including reconciling time & attendance, verifying hours, and auditing tip/gratuity sheets.
- Serve as a resource for associates with questions related to policy, payroll, benefits, time keeping, and other general HR questions or concerns.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or 5+ years of food & beverage or entertainment venue industry experience and experience in an Office Manager/Admin role.
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll or HR support function.
- Must be highly organized with strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent data entry skills and exhibit extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
