Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments and documents for discrepancies
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
  • Coordinate and execute the issuance and delivery of goods and supplies to various departments and locations
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Perform routine mathematical calculations to ensure accurate inventory levels and weights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment
  • Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory procedures, and equipment operation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with inventory reports and spreadsheets, requisitions, invoices, and shipping logs
  • Previous experience with routine mathematical calculations as they relate to weights and measures of inventory

This is a regular full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to have a safe driving record and pass a conviction check.
