Role Overview
Working in retail means being the face of NIKE, Inc. With an unwavering focus on product expertise and customer satisfaction, our Retail teams deliver exceptional experiences to consumers daily. From various locations, each store offers a unique perspective and fosters a vibrant community of sports and style enthusiasts. Your Mission
As our Nike Retail Store Leader, your objective will be to cultivate an environment that ensures a premium experience for both consumers and employees while executing strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in a designated area of the store (e.g., Sales & Returns, Footwear, Apparel), including sales and service, team selection and development, merchandising, and business management.
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising and sales floor standards.
- Communicate promotional event details to maximize the effectiveness of each initiative.
- Identify merchandise challenges and opportunities based on sales data and customer feedback.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members within your area.
- Assist Store Management in delivering an exceptional consumer and employee experience.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, or 4 years of retail experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
