Job Title: Guest Experience Supervisor

AutoCamp is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee the front desk team and ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of leading a team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction and associate performance.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including guest satisfaction, revenue, and associate performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
