Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Setup and Closing: Ensure the store is set up to open for business and oversee the end-of-night cleaning and closing procedures.
  • Prep Work and Cleaning: Delegate and complete prep work and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking and making orders, boxing and organizing items for orders, and routing deliveries to drivers and bikers.
  • Inventory Management: Check in, date, and rotate inventory from truck deliveries, and place inventory orders as needed.
  • Quality Control: Assist the management team with inventory and quality control tasks.
  • Delivery and Customer Service: Deliver orders as needed and uphold customer and store image standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Responsible, reliable, and punctual; strong customer service skills; ability to take constructive criticism; ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency; fluent in English; able to pass an MVR and background check.
  • Experience: Prior experience in management is a plus.
