Job Summary

Central Florida Taco Bell is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and developing your team's skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the MIC Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed.
  • Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a friendly attitude, great customer service skills, and a detail-oriented approach to multitasking and prioritization.
  • Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all proper food safety precautions are satisfied.
  • Make quick and appropriate decisions, taking ownership and responsibility to solve problems.
  • Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
  • Understand and use approved time-keeping systems, including accurately recording all hours worked.
  • Provide ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback to Team Members.
  • Actively participate in the training of Team Members.
  • Handle conflicts constructively and work with RGM to achieve resolution.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
  • Relevant supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers.
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
  • Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin.
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time.
