Banquet Manager

At ICONA Diamond Beach F&B, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held on our property, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage banquet operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the banquet chef and event organizers to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Lead and motivate a team of banquet staff to provide exceptional service and support.
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in banquet operations.
• Proven track record of success in managing high-volume events and teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
