Responsibilities
  • Engage in productive phone conversations with individuals, families, and stakeholders to provide support and address concerns.
  • Answer customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate information about available health and human services, application processes, and wait periods.
  • Memorialize important details from phone conversations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide seamless support.
  • Participate in ongoing training activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $37,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • A $500 new hire sign-on bonus, paid in two installments.
  • 30 days of paid time off each year for vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal time.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • A health savings account and 401(k) plan.
Requirements
  • Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and active listening skills.
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
