- Answer customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate information about available health and human services, application processes, and wait periods.
- Memorialize important details from phone conversations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide seamless support.
- Participate in ongoing training activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A competitive salary range of $37,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience.
- A $500 new hire sign-on bonus, paid in two installments.
- 30 days of paid time off each year for vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal time.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
- A health savings account and 401(k) plan.
- Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
