Position Overview:
As a Project Manager within our Civil Engineering division, you will engage in a variety of projects with differing scales and complexities. This role provides an opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
- Data Analysis: Analyze project survey data to assess existing site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condominium documents.
- Mentorship: Lead and guide junior staff, ensuring project tasks are executed accurately and efficiently while nurturing their professional growth.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your engineering skills to prepare a variety of reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies and project schedules.
- Construction Support: Provide essential services related to construction and direct junior team members in tasks such as permit applications and quantity estimates.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
