Resource Development Project Manager I

This position is responsible for identifying and acquiring land for resource development projects, as well as facilitating multidisciplinary teams to secure aggregate reserves. Key responsibilities include prioritizing development needs, gathering and organizing data for economic justification, and coordinating with land owners and corporate stakeholders to ensure viability of purchase.
Key Responsibilities- Work with local and corporate employees to prioritize development needs and projects
- Gather and organize data for economic justification to support feasibility of prioritized land/materials ventures
- Facilitate multidisciplinary teams to secure aggregate reserves and obtain permits and land use entitlements
- Coordinate and negotiate legal and conditional agreements with land owners and corporate stakeholders
- Develop and execute entitlement, public relations, and environmental review processes to accelerate the approval process
- Assist in market research and analysis efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resource Management, Geology, Engineering, Construction Management, Mining, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 0-4 years experience in related field
- Proven strategic, analytical, and financial skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with owners and consultants
- Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency of MS Office products
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources and projects
- Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills
