Key Responsibilities
  • Work with local and corporate employees to prioritize development needs and projects
  • Gather and organize data for economic justification to support feasibility of prioritized land/materials ventures
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary teams to secure aggregate reserves and obtain permits and land use entitlements
  • Coordinate and negotiate legal and conditional agreements with land owners and corporate stakeholders
  • Develop and execute entitlement, public relations, and environmental review processes to accelerate the approval process
  • Assist in market research and analysis efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resource Management, Geology, Engineering, Construction Management, Mining, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 0-4 years experience in related field
  • Proven strategic, analytical, and financial skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with owners and consultants
  • Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency of MS Office products
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources and projects
  • Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills
