We're seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Superintendent to lead our production team in Pocatello, ID. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products that meet our customers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Review processing schedules and production orders to optimize inventory requirements, staffing, and work procedures.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel complaints in accordance with company policy.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production problems and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in industrial manufacturing, preferably with experience in electrical transformer production. A four-year degree in a technical or business discipline is required, along with 2-5 years of management experience or 8-10 years of management or supervisory experience.
