LA Semiconductor is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support operations at our Pocatello, ID semiconductor fabrication plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing tools to process high-quality products, working in a self-directed work team environment, and interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating manufacturing tools to process high-quality products.
- Working in a self-directed work team environment to achieve daily goals.
- Interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.
- Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and programs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and frequently move it over extended distances.
- Ability to stand, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable working with and around chemicals (safety training is provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
Work Schedule:
Our manufacturing site is a 24/7 facility. Our operators work 12-hour shifts.
Compensation:
$17/hr. - Day Shift
$19.55/hr. - Night Shift
Shift Schedule:
Shift A: Sunday - Tuesday; Every other Wednesday 6:45am - 7pm
Shift C: Thursday-Saturday; Every other Wednesday 6:45am - 7pm
Shift B: Sunday-Tuesday; Every other Saturday 6:45pm-7am
Shift D: Wednesday-Friday; Every other Saturday 6:45pm-7am
