Merchandiser Specialist Job Description

As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing various brands across multiple retail locations. Your primary goal will be to execute a range of retail merchandising activities to drive sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and stock merchandise in store backrooms to ensure products are displayed effectively.
  • Set up and maintain product displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Install and place promotional materials as instructed to promote our clients' products.
  • Reset displays or product areas as needed to meet client requirements.
  • Represent our company and clients in retail stores, building relationships with store associates and managers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently in stores while maintaining relationships with store associates and managers.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with store associates, managers, and our merchandising team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing store conditions and client requirements.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.
  • A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
