Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

At The Chefs' Warehouse, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
