Sales Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Witt Company.
Job Summary:
The Appointment Coordinator will collaborate with our sales team to identify prospective customers, optimize and execute sales and marketing plans, and schedule sales appointments with various businesses. This role is expected to meet or exceed individual sales-related objectives and is initially planned to be part-time (25-33 hours per week) but will consider full-time candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence:
- Develop and analyze economic, competitive, and market reports to improve market intelligence.
- Establish and maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
- Drive Sales Appointments:
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve weekly inside sales targets.
- Generate appointments through cold calling, direct mail, and other activities.
- Teamwork and Success:
- Proactively establish best-in-class sales processes, sales tracking, and other initiatives.
- Meet or exceed standards of professionalism and individual objectives.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience and/or strong passion for sales-focused roles with a proven track-record of success meeting or exceeding goals and thriving in a team-based environment.
Benefits:
- Starts at $19 per hour.
- Commission structure in place: 5% on business starts, paid monthly.
- Based on success, the position ranges up to approximately $55k.
