Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist Driver

At Versiti Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Phlebotomist Driver to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist Driver, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from donors at various locations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from donors at designated locations
  • Operate a mobile drive vehicle and transport staff, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform donor screening, mini-physicals, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Monitor donors for reactions and provide post-reaction care as needed
  • Recruit and convert donors for automation and rebook appointments
  • Maintain product integrity and ensure proper identification of donors and equipment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with prior driving experience required
  • Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts, and information, and/or the use of simple equipment, machines, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, apply judgment to written or oral instructions, and organize work to provide productive workflow
