At Versiti Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Phlebotomist Driver to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist Driver, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from donors at various locations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from donors at designated locations
- Operate a mobile drive vehicle and transport staff, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform donor screening, mini-physicals, and phlebotomy procedures
- Monitor donors for reactions and provide post-reaction care as needed
- Recruit and convert donors for automation and rebook appointments
- Maintain product integrity and ensure proper identification of donors and equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with prior driving experience required
- Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts, and information, and/or the use of simple equipment, machines, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret documents, apply judgment to written or oral instructions, and organize work to provide productive workflow
- $17.00/hr + based on experience

- Shift differentials for evenings/weekends
- Hourly compensation increases offered for advanced phlebotomy skills training
