Job Title: Mobile Patient Care Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Patient Care Specialist to join our team at HealthTronics. As a Mobile Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist urologists during procedures by following sterile technique and processes while ensuring a safe environment for patients.
- Prepare sterile surgical supplies for required cases.
- Ensure equipment needed for patient care is available for procedures, such as holmium laser and URS cart.
- Monitor and restock supplies for scheduled procedures, including URS supplies.
- Order supplies, sterile and non-sterile, for facilities.
- Coordinate supply needs between sites and share inventory when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, track orders, and investigate problems.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- One or more years of patient care or operating room experience is preferable.
- Must satisfy credentialing requirements established by healthcare facilities, including vaccine requirements.
- Obtain and maintain laser certifications, including appropriate state licenses as required by law and operational needs.
- Maintain and provide evidence of current CPR certification.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Moderate computer skills.
