As a Mobile Phlebotomist Driver, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy collections of whole blood and apheresis products, interacting with donors and coordinators, and providing exceptional customer service to deliver an excellent donation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform phlebotomy collections of whole blood and apheresis products
  • Interact with donors and coordinators to provide a high level of customer service
  • Operate the mobile drive vehicle and transport staff in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conduct donor screening, mini-physicals, and phlebotomy
  • Recognize and respond to automation reactions
  • Rebook donors for future donation appointments
  • Understand and perform to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid driver's license with prior driving experience
  • Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures
  • Basic mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Benefits:

Work Environment:
