- Maintain and promote a positive attitude toward customers regardless of the circumstances.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of customer service experience or administrative work preferred.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technical applications, including Microsoft Office Suites.
