Key Responsibilities:
- Directly communicate with customers and service vendors regarding repair statuses and resolutions.
- Monitor service events and activities to uphold proper procedures.
- Dispatch service events efficiently, optimize customer service levels, and manage field service technicians.
- Coordinate installations, capture service data accurately, and resolve escalated customer calls.
- Negotiate with vendors, analyze service metrics, and lead system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in managing field service teams in the printing industry.
- Expertise in commercial printing, managed print services, and digital printing products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
