As a General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our airport operations, leading a team of Ambassadors and Managers to deliver exceptional security and customer service experiences. You'll oversee all aspects of our airport location, from managing day-to-day operations to building and sustaining a diverse team of talent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the daily operations of our airport location, ensuring CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity.
  • Manage a team of Ambassadors and Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to meet sales and customer service goals and standards.
  • Build stakeholder relationships with TSA, airline, and airport partners, supporting needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the team maintains the equipment, signage, and facility to meet brand standards.
  • Drive new enrollments through our airport sales program, identifying gaps and using best practices to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-facing environment.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering a great sense of teamwork.
  • High standards, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and commitment to training, mentoring, and motivating your team.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others in an ever-changing environment.
  • Indefatigable in achieving individual and team goals, with a desire to grow and develop in your career.
