Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team at Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships.

This role will be responsible for handling dealership accounts payable and/or receivable, as well as managing automotive titles and deals.

The ideal candidate will have prior automotive account experience, a high school diploma or GED, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dealership accounts payable and/or receivable
  • Handle automotive titles and deals
  • Filing and record-keeping
  • Answering telephones and responding to customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Prior automotive account experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
