Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be part of a team that empowers revenue leaders to make data-driven decisions and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer engagement, product adoption, and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior revenue and revenue operations leaders, providing trusted guidance and support.
- Drive quarterly metrics tied to gross dollar retention, upsell, and multi-year renewals by developing and executing renewal strategies.
- Partner with Account Executive counterparts to achieve cross-sell and upsell targets, increasing the value of your portfolio.
- Collaborate with Gong's Professional Services organization to ensure customers onboard successfully and achieve their desired outcomes.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise software.
- Proven ability to analyze and leverage data to drive business outcomes and provide persuasive arguments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong team player with a track record of completing complex projects and leading Fortune 100 customers and executive stakeholders.
