About the Role

Gong is a leading provider of revenue intelligence solutions, helping businesses harness customer interactions to drive growth and efficiency. As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic plans and business transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior revenue and revenue operations leaders, providing strategic guidance and support to drive board-level business outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement: Own overall customer relationships, driving engagement and adoption, and ensuring seamless onboarding and support.
  • Business Outcomes: Deliver measurable business impact through quarterly metrics tied to gross dollar retention, upsell, and multi-year renewals.
  • Account Growth: Achieve cross-sell and upsell targets by partnering with Account Executive counterparts to source opportunities and secure growth.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to Gong's environment and culture of continuous improvement, providing suggestions for process enhancements and helping the team evolve its customer success organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to analyze and leverage data to drive persuasive arguments and customer value narratives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • A strong team player with a track record of completing complex projects and leading Fortune 100 customers and executive stakeholders.
