Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Belmont Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,600 per year, paid in 22 bi-weekly installments of $2,073.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, greeting patients, confirming insurance benefits, preparing treatment plans, maintaining patient accounts and records, preparing and sending patient bills, and ensuring that the reception area is maintained and professional in appearance.

This opportunity offers a friendly working environment, parking, paid time off, health insurance, and a 401K plan.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and prior experience with Microsoft.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field preferred
