Job Summary:

The Moses/Weitzman Health System is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician II to join our team. As a licensed therapist, you will provide outpatient services to children and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed.

Document all clinical interventions in accordance with CHC policy, Joint Commission standards, and state regulatory expectations.

Requirements:

Ph.D. / Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT degree

Licensed in the State of Connecticut

Minimum of two years of experience with outpatients, including experience with children and/or adults

Theoretical orientation consistent with brief, problem-focused therapy
