Full-time Mental Health Specialist

Role Summary:
The Transitional Case Management Clinician provides ongoing support to the criminal offender population both pre- and post-release from incarceration. This role requires a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and documents clear clinical formulations and treatment plans that are individualized and measurable, developed in collaboration with the client/family and others as relevant.
- Demonstrates knowledge of psychopathology and other behavioral health concerns and primary modalities of psychotherapeutic intervention.
- Documents all client related information in compliance with agency policy.
- Provides service in the office and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program.
