Job Overview
The Granite YMCA is seeking a skilled Program Director - School Age Services to oversee the daily operations of our School Out Programs, ensuring high-quality services for children. Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and implement daily programs and curriculum at each site
• Adhere to NH Child Care Licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and volunteers
• Foster positive relationships with school administrators, parents, and community members

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in elementary education or recreation, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed childcare program or elementary school
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an extensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
