Restaurant Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Restaurant Sales to lead our restaurant division and drive revenue growth. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and delivering on sales quotas.

- Owning sales targets and building a sales strategy that maximizes revenue growth potential.
- Defining sales strategies, compensation plans, and quota targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Developing and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and sales execution.
- Delivering sales plans that drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and contribute to the company's overall growth targets.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience in the restaurant technology industry, preferably with exposure to POS systems and payments.
- 7+ years of sales management experience, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, plans, and forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
