Position Overview:

The Patient Care Coordination Representative is responsible for warmly welcoming all individuals who engage with the clinic.

This role is part-time, requiring availability on specific weekdays and occasional Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.

Key Locations:
Waconia & Chaska

A sign-on bonus will be provided, contingent upon a commitment to the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet all patients promptly upon arrival at the clinic.
  • Collect and verify demographic and billing information to ensure accurate billing processes.
  • Handle insurance documentation, obtain necessary signatures, and facilitate patient registration.
  • Manage incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain awareness of provider availability.
  • Understand the Medical Records protocols to ensure compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.
  • Actively contribute to a patient-centered healthcare environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience in customer service is essential; prior administrative or medical office experience is preferred.

  • Operate necessary equipment and manage communication systems.
