  • Greet all patients promptly upon arrival.
  • Collect demographic and billing information to ensure accurate billing.
  • Photocopy insurance cards, obtain necessary signatures, and complete registration procedures.
  • Answer phone inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules.
  • Understand and adhere to Medical Records protocols regarding confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Engage fully in patient-centered care initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Prior administrative or medical office experience is preferred.
