Core Responsibilities:
- Greet all patients promptly upon arrival.
- Collect demographic and billing information to ensure accurate billing.
- Photocopy insurance cards, obtain necessary signatures, and complete registration procedures.
- Answer phone inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules.
- Understand and adhere to Medical Records protocols regarding confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Engage fully in patient-centered care initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- Prior administrative or medical office experience is preferred.
