Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Perform cash applications, credit applications, and post deposits.
  • Conduct intercompany billing and reconcile intercompany accounts.
  • Conduct vendor research to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payments.
  • Monitor past due accounts and take appropriate actions to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Use SAP software for financial management and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with cash applications, intercompany billing, posting deposits, credit applications, vendor research, and monitoring past due accounts.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar financial management software.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
