Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand lab space requirements and ensure setup meets team needs.
  • Oversee vendors during equipment installation, referencing architectural drawings and consulting with the engineering team.
  • Provide regular updates to onsite team members and leadership on issues, milestones, and next steps.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized lab space for efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Client products such as iCal and Keynote (or MS equivalents).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of tasks and changes with the team's growth and organizational pivots.
  • Familiarity with shop safety, risk mitigation, and housekeeping standards.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
  • Maintains a sense of urgency and remains engaged and focused on the department's mission and goals.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • S. Diploma and relevant hands-on work experience required.
  • College degree or technical training valued.
