Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at C&R Management Group LLC. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring timely communication with candidates.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have experience working in human resources or customer service, preferably with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS, and Calendar management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in delivering an outstanding candidate experience through greeting candidates and ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate new hire process from hiring request through onboarding using ATS.
  • Coordinate background checks and skills assessments for new hires.
  • Schedule candidate onsite, virtual, and phone interviews.
  • Update candidate records with scheduling updates in ATS.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide weekly status updates.
  • Manage data accuracy and ensure all documents are filed within expected timeframes.
  • Generate metrics reports for internal use, meetings, and leadership distribution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in human resources.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Calendar management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant demeanor and outstanding phone etiquette.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working towards common goals.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
