In this role, you will provide clerical support to Eligibility Operations staff, process mail opens and date stamps incoming applications and supporting documents, and review applications for required signatures, dates, and supporting documents. You will also log applications, assign complete applications for processing, return incomplete applications to clients, and assist with completion when necessary or requested.

This position requires occasional overtime, including weekends, as required by management. The successful candidate must be able to work in a highly stressful and fast-paced environment, under constant pressure to meet required deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,670 - $58,131 per year, based on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
