Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HIV Services Contract and Project Management Specialist to join our team at the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HIV services contracts and projects, working closely with the Care Services Group Manager.
  • Provide consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, government agencies, community organizations, and the general public.
  • Serve as liaison for the Care Services Group with the Texas HIV Medication Program (THMP) and the HIV data and informatics team.
  • Contribute to grant applications and progress reports, developing and updating programmatic guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, contract administration, and program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret federal laws and guidelines.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$90,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
