Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
