Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week: Establishing connections with potential clients who have previously expressed interest in our services and scheduling meetings to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
  • Research: 4-5 hours per week: Conducting in-depth research to tailor options that meet the financial needs of clients in the event of death or disability.
  • Client Meetings: 2 days per week: Meeting with clients either virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and facilitate application processes.
  • Administrative Tasks: 2 hours per week: Following up with insurance carriers to expedite client applications through underwriting.

Compensation and Incentives:

  • This position is a commission-only based sales role. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. We expect full-time agents to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a range of premium financial products to help individuals save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts.
  • We have a comprehensive training program on these products and a competitive bonus structure program, as well as incentive trips for agents and managers based on individual and team results.
