Lead Infant Teacher Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at LEARNING FOR OUR FUTURE LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations and developing educational activities for infants.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each infant
  2. Coordinate daily operations of the classroom, including setup and cleanup
  3. Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and other staff members
  4. Communicate regularly with parents and maintain open lines of communication
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • MSDE qualified as a Lead Infant Teacher (90-hour Infant Certification)
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
  • At least 2 years of prior teaching experience
