Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team at Otter Learning. Our play-based curriculum inspires children to be lifelong learners.
About the RoleAs a Preschool/Toddler/Infant Teacher, you will plan, direct, and participate in activities promoting children's development. You will prepare children for kindergarten and assist with daily daycare operations.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience in a related field. Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Director.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
